HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

E-tricycle: FREE SHIPPING to S. (exceptAlaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.) and European Union on Afreda S6 E-tricycle. $150USD shipping charge per e-tricycle to Canada and UK.

Lithium-Ion Battery: $60 shipping charge per item. Due to shipping carrier regulations around high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, the battery need pack separately and deliver separately.

Racks: $60 shipping charge per item.

Other accessories: $30 shipping charge per item.

*Palletized freight orders are subject to additional fees.

We are currently only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. (For clarity, we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.) 

We also sell products in Canada, European Union, and United Kingdom.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?

For in-stock orders, items are pulled and prepared for shipment from the warehouse within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. Additional transit and delivery time will vary by destination. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order ships to help you track your order. Delivery times are dependent on local warehouse delivery appointment availability.

HOW WILL YOUR ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Afreda ships using via FedEx, UPS, USPS, TNT or other local carrier, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.

HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING?

E-Tricycle:
For US, CA, EU order will be shipped from local warehouses, the delivery time should range from 5-10 business days. For other countries or when US, CA, EU warehouses are out of stock, e-tricycle will be shipped from production office of China , the delivery time should range from 30 to 45 business days, depending on your location.
Accessories:
Accessories will be shipped from China warehouse, and once on their way, they should reach their destination within 10-20 business days depending on your location.

*In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. But sometimes the actual delivery date may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

 

NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, THEFT OR DAMAGE.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inaction of FedEx or any other parcel service.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES: 

We are not able to update the shipping or billing address on accessories, merchandise, or part orders once your order is confirmed. If you have made a mistake the order will need to be canceled(within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via service@afredabike.com), refused or return to sender(please see CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN Fee). Once we receive the item or items back we will refund you in 5-8 business days. If you would like to change the color or size of your e-tricycle, you must do so prior to your order being shipped.

 

MISSING ITEMS

If you have not received something you ordered from Afreda within 50 days from the delivery date, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. If you do not reach out to us within 50 days of placing the order, we will assume that you have received all of your items and will not keep a record of the shipping information. To ensure that we can assist you effectively, please provide us with your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.

Our customer service team will investigate the matter promptly and take the appropriate action. If we determine that the item was not shipped, we will send a new order to you as soon as possible with the missing item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the item(s) in question.

 

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEVIED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL?

Please check all of your email folders again in 30 business minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email service@afredabike.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.
