CANCELLATIONS + RETURN

Afreda believes in the quality of our products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy applicable to all components, accessories and e-tricycle sold by Afreda.

*Purchases made between November 21st and December 24th can be returned until January 6th of the following year.

*Please note, the item still needs to be in new and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to the speed at which we process orders (as quickly as possible), you must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot change it. Please make your selections carefully and reach out to our team for guidance to ensure you are choosing the right item.

If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, we cannot cancel your order. Please see our CANCELLATION / REFUSE SHIPMENTS/RETURN TO SENDER below for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.

Card Processing Fee. If you ask us to cancel an order after we have captured funds from your credit/debit card, (or after we've captured funds from your PayPal account or have financed your purchased through Affirm) 2.5% will be withheld from your refund to cover the cost of merchant card processing, which we do not recover when issuing a refund for a canceled order.

CANCELLATION / REFUSE SHIPMENTS/RETURN TO SENDER

If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, we can recall your order or you can refuse the shipment at delivery, however, a 15% restocking fee will apply. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we will charge a 15% per order to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. Please note, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Afreda of any shipment refusal. Failure to do so will cause a significant delay in the receipt of your refund for any refused items. A refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RESTOCKING FEES

Returns of New and Unused E-Tricycle Within 30 Days of Receipt: Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to our Customer Support team via  service@afredabike.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. The box must be sealed and unopened. Please ship your product back in its original box. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to return your e-bike. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you can expect a refund to your method of payment within 5-8 business days.

Returns of Used E-Tricycle: We stand by the quality of our products and therefore do not accept returns on used or opened products.

Returns of Used or Unused Component and Accessory: All component and accessory purchases are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on components and accessories except for what is explicitly covered by our warranty, and only after receiving our approval for the replacement.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
