How much weight can Afreda S6 handle?
Will the Afreda S6 come assembled?
Afreda S6 comes mostly assembled. Please follow the instruction video while you assemble it.
Can the battery be removed?
The Afreda S6 does not require the battery to be removed. Upon receiving the product, you can charge it directly for use. If there is a need to disassemble for inspection, we will provide guidance and assistance.
Can the two batteries charging at the same time?
Yes, it can!
How many modes does Afreda S6 provide?
Two riding modes are available for S6.
Stable Mode is suitable for stable three-wheel ground riding. Adjust the front locking pin to the middle position to maintain a stable ride, serving as a safe and comfortable commuting tool. We recommend using this mode under speed one and riding on flat terrain.
Free Mode is suitable for off-road or fast and free riding. In this mode, the front two wheels have an 11-inch height difference for overcoming obstacles and a greater tilt angle, making it suitable for riders seeking off-road and maneuverability performance.
If my Afreda's box arrived damaged. What should I do?
If there is visible damage to your box that appears to have damaged, please notify the courier immediately as they are held responsible for all damage caused in transit. Request documentation from them stating that you have received a box with visible damages. You will need this for insurance purposes to qualify for a replacement. We will actively monitor the logistics situation and assist you in safeguarding your rights, ensuring the condition of the vehicle.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Afreda S6 E-bike is covered by a 5 years for frame, 2years for components except wearing parts and 1 year for battery warranty, which guarantees it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
As many elements may get damaged due to normal cycling use/natural ware, we do not offer warranty on parts such as tires, disc brakes, chain, brake pads, etc. For more details, please contact our customer service department.
Actually, just like some other revolutionary products, it is hard to classify them into some specific classification at the beginning. Afreda is such a new thing that like a combination of E-bike, scooter, and tricycle. We can mostly classify Afreda S6 as Class 2 E-bike (throttle-assisted).
